What moves a team between tiers?
Team size and monthly use across candidate discovery, assessments and interview rooms. Scale is where proctored assessment and candidate ranking switch on. Enterprise adds higher allowances and an implementation review.
How is assessment volume counted?
Credits are deducted when an assessment invitation is sent, based on the assessment type. If a candidate never starts, cancelling the invitation or letting it expire returns those credits. The allowance and rates shown during setup determine how many invitations a plan supports.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. Starter supports up to five active jobs and two team members on a VHire subdomain, with a small monthly allowance for candidate discovery and assessment. Request access and we will confirm whether it fits your hiring plan.
Do I need my own job portal licence?
Only if you want portal search. VHire gives you the interface and attributes activity to your own seat, but the portal subscription and API key stay yours and are not part of what you pay us.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You can request an export or deletion through support. We review the request across the relevant data types, apply legal and retention requirements, and confirm the outcome. The detail is in Trust and security.
