Are there plans to choose between?
There is a free plan for applicant tracking, with 2 recruiter seats and 5 active jobs. Everything else is one bundle: the careers site is included, and you choose the seats, assessment credits, interview rooms, reveals and background checks.
How does the volume discount work?
The volume discount is worked out on your monthly total and is graduated, so each rate applies only to the part of the total inside its band and the total never falls when you order more. Annual billing then takes 15% off twelve months of that discounted price, shown as its own line.
What happens to quantities I do not use?
They are valid for the term you bought them in and do not carry into the next one. An annual order gives you the whole year's quantity from day one, so you can use it at whatever pace your hiring runs at. Seats are different: they are a standing headcount, not a quantity that depletes.
What does a candidate reveal include?
A reveal gives your team the contact details of a candidate who has agreed, through our consent flow, to be contacted. Refreshing that profile within 90 days of the reveal is included.
How is an assessment counted?
You buy assessment credits. An MCQ assessment uses 2 credits and an MCQ and coding assessment uses 4. Credits are held when you send an invitation and used when the candidate starts; if the candidate never starts, cancelling the invitation or letting it expire returns the credits.
How do background checks work?
Background checks are carried out by a verification partner we list in our Third-Party Services Policy. You buy them per verification case: one case is one background verification of one candidate, whatever checks it includes.
Do I need my own job portal licence?
Only if you want portal search. VHire gives you the interface and attributes activity to your own seat, but the portal subscription and API key stay yours and are not part of what you pay us.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You can export it, and you can request deletion. We review the request across the relevant data types, apply legal and retention requirements, and confirm the outcome. The detail is in Trust and security.
