The third parties involved in running the platform, and what each one does.

These are the parties that process data on our behalf in the course of delivering the product. We keep the list short on purpose.

CloudflareApplication hosting, edge network, object storage and the video interview service.

NeonManaged PostgreSQL, the system of record.

MailgunTransactional and outbound email, including delivery and bounce events.

WhatsApp BusinessCandidate messaging where a customer has enabled it.

AcefoneClick-to-call telephony and call recording where a customer has enabled it.

Model providersRésumé parsing, summarisation and drafting. Assessment scoring is not delegated to a third-party model.

Customers under a data processing agreement are given notice before a sub-processor is added, with a window to object.
