Acceptable use

A marketplace of contactable people only works if the people in it are treated well. These rules are enforced, not decorative.

• Revealed contact details are for your own hiring. They may not be exported into another database, resold, or shared with a third party
• A candidate who unsubscribes is suppressed across your whole account, and that suppression may not be worked around
• Assessment reports may be shared with a client you are hiring for, and not published or used for any other purpose
• Automated outbound requires a verified sending domain and stays within per-account daily limits
• Interview recordings may not be used for training a model or for any purpose the candidate was not told about

Accounts that break these terms lose marketplace access. Where a breach affects candidates, we tell the affected candidates.
