Know what the information means
Credibility starts with clear provenance and clear limits. This page explains which information comes from hiring organisations, what VHire technology contributes, and what candidates should verify for themselves.
Job and organisation information
Role descriptions, compensation, location, company details, and recruiter details are generally supplied by the employer or recruiting partner. Check the posting, the organisation's own channels, and any communication you receive before sharing additional information.
A page appearing on VHire does not by itself mean that VHire endorses the organisation or guarantees that the opportunity remains available.
Status and communication
Your dashboard and message inbox show information made available to your candidate account. Hiring timelines vary by organisation, and VHire does not promise a response or decision within a particular period.
AI-assisted information
Matching and resume tools may compare information in your profile or resume with the requirements published for a role. A score or suggestion can be incomplete when either source is incomplete, and it is not a prediction of acceptance or a hiring decision.
Review your profile for accuracy. For questions about significant automated processing, use the contact route described in the Privacy Policy.
Assessments and recorded sessions
Some hiring organisations may request an assessment or interview through VHire. Review the session instructions and permission prompts before continuing. The Privacy Policy describes the categories of assessment and proctoring data the platform may process.
