Six CAD professionals with strong hands-on experience in UGNX PLM for the following roles:

1. Wheel-Brakes-Suspension (2 Resources | 3-4 Years Experience)

Proficient in UGNX-PLM with expertise in designing wheel castings, brake castings, cable routing, and forged parts.
Strong skills in 2D drawing drafting, GD&T, and related technical documentation.
Good understanding of materials and coatings used in wheel castings, brake castings, suspensions, forged parts, and steering stems.
Basic knowledge of Strength of Materials and Applied Mechanics.

2. Bodyworks – Plastic Trims (2 Resources | 3-4 Years Experience)

Expertise in UGNX-PLM, particularly in Class A surface conversion for body parts, storage boxes, lighting components, etc.
Strong skills in 2D drawing drafting and GD&T for plastic components.
Good knowledge of polymers, their properties, paints, and coatings for Class A and Class B surfaces.
Basic understanding of molding processes, manufacturing techniques, and defect identification.

3. Chassis Design (2 Resources | 3-4 Years Experience)

Proficient in UGNX-PLM with expertise in designing frames, swingarms, stands, footrests, etc.
Strong skills in 2D drawing drafting, GD&T, and weld symbols.
Good understanding of tubular and sheet metal materials, their properties, and coatings used in fabrication.
Basic knowledge of Strength of Materials and Applied Mechanics.
Fundamental understanding of manufacturing processes such as sheet metal fabrication, tubular parts processing, and welding.
