TypeScript Backend Developer
We are seeking a skilled TypeScript Backend Developer to join our team on a contract basis in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable server-side applications, with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and security. You will work with modern technologies and cloud platforms to build and optimize backend services for high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using TypeScript and Node.js.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Optimize database operations for both SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure high performance.
- Implement best practices for application reliability, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
- Integrate backend services with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance for automated deployment and testing.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, Express or NestJS, REST APIs, and JavaScript.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure preferred).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices.
- Education: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
