Scrum Master
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate agile teams in a large enterprise setting. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience managing cross-functional teams. This is a contract position based in Hyderabad, with potential locations in Bengaluru or Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Ensure smooth coordination between Dev, Ops, and Architecture teams
- Track deliverables across automation and integration workstreams
- Remove blockers and ensure velocity targets are met
- Align backlog with transformation roadmap and business priorities
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience in large enterprise programs
- Experience managing cross-functional teams (DevOps/SRE/ITOM)
- Jira/Azure DevOps expertise
- Banking domain exposure preferred
- Degree in a relevant field
