Transformation Leader
Lead enterprise transformation and operating-model initiatives across EPC businesses, operating at a senior leadership level above Program Management. Drive the strategy, setup, activation, launch, and scaling of GCC/GIC operations with hands-on execution experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement target operating models, governance, organization structures, processes, and capability-building frameworks.
- Partner with C-suite and senior business stakeholders to deliver large-scale transformation, GCC growth, and sustainable business outcomes.
