Technical Recruiter - Pharma

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Pharma Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for pharma, biotechnology, life sciences, CRO/CDMO, or healthcare clients and should be comfortable managing the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for pharma and life-sciences clients across various functions and experience levels.
  • Understand client requirements, job descriptions, skill requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, social media and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen candidates for technical/domain expertise, communication skills, experience, location, compensation and notice period.
  • Build and maintain a strong pharma/life-sciences talent pipeline across relevant skill areas.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure timely follow-up and feedback closure.
  • Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, including screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and joining.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in ATS/CRM or internal recruitment systems.
  • Meet defined daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets and SLAs.
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on pharma industry trends, talent availability, market conditions and relevant skill sets.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to continuously improve sourcing strategies, turnaround time and hiring quality.

Requirements

  • 1?5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with dedicated pharma/life-sciences recruitment exposure.
  • Candidates who have recruited exclusively or predominantly for pharma/life-sciences clients will be preferred.
  • Good understanding of pharma, biotechnology, CRO, CDMO or healthcare talent markets.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate-screening capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good stakeholder and candidate management skills.
  • Ability to understand technical/job-specific requirements and identify relevant candidates.
  • Comfortable working with recruitment targets, deadlines and multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong follow-up, negotiation and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and ATS/CRM systems is preferred.
  • Education: BCA, BTech, MBA, MCA
