Technical Program & Project Management Senior Associate
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program & Project Management Senior Associate to join our team in Sholinganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and IT infrastructure, with a focus on delivering value and aligning projects with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide program teams to ensure program and/or project goal alignment with the Company's objectives through Demand and Value Management Services.
- Coach, influence, and manage business value realization for programs and/or projects.
- Establish structure and governance to maintain alignment and produce accurate and timely reporting at the program level.
- Ensure effective integration management throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Provide mechanisms for effective stakeholder relationships.
- Develop, manage, and control funding plans, program charter, program release, and project plans, driving the team to be accountable for effective value delivery.
- Develop budget and financial plans for programs.
- Support the writing of program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services based on values and priorities.
- Manage program and delivery level risks, issues, and support in mitigation and/or resolution.
- Ensure the appropriate use of project management and demand management tools, techniques, processes, and methods.
- Support project teams with a lightweight process framework based on complexity.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in IT, with at least 1 year in Program Management.
- Expertise in Project Management.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Certification in Project Management is preferred.
- Experience with IT infrastructure technical architecture and delivery.
- Skills in Project Management, Info Sys Admin, Network Architecture, and Infrastructure Architectures.
- Preferred skills include Windows Servers, LAN/WAN, Network - Convergence Technology (Video/Voice), and Cyber Security.
