Technical Delivery Lead
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Lead with 10+ years of experience in IT/software project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and a proven track record as both Project Manager and Scrum Master.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT/software project delivery teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage multiple projects/programs and ensure end-to-end reporting
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and forecasts
- Collaborate with distributed or global teams to achieve project goals
- Ensure high-quality delivery and ownership mindset for end-to-end quality delivery
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT/software project delivery
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven track record as both Project Manager and Scrum Master
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing distributed or global teams
- Education: degree
