We are specifically looking for someone who will be responsible for the validation and maintenance of tariffs, freight rates, surcharges, and cost-related data in the organization?s systems.
The position will support the Regional Tariff Manager and business teams by ensuring data accuracy and completing tariff updates within the defined timelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of tariffs, freight rates, surcharges, and cost-related data.
- Validate tariff and rate data for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with instructions received from the Regional Tariff Manager and business teams.
- Maintain tariff logs, trackers, status reports, and pending-task reports to ensure effective monitoring of activities.
- Coordinate with business users and data-entry vendors to clarify inputs and resolve basic data discrepancies.
- Support routine tariff maintenance activities, including updates, validations, corrections, and timely closure of pending tasks.
