Sr. Manager, Automation Program
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager to lead our Automation Program in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, AI, and technology program leadership, with a proven track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget. The role requires excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to translate across executive, engineering, and client audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead innovation/R&D and production delivery functions, balancing innovation and delivery
- Manage and deliver complex, multi-workstream technology programs using modern AI/ML architectures and automation platforms
- Design and operate hybrid human-AI workflows, including confidence-tiered verification and human-in-the-loop models
- Provide strong people leadership across cultures and geographies, driving workforce change management and upskilling initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in automation, AI, or technology program leadership
- Experience in AI/LLM/agentic workflows/intelligent automation (not limited to RPA)
- People management experience, including managing managers
- Cross-geography or multi-team program experience
- 16+ years of total work experience (preferably in consulting, outsourcing, insurance, or technology services)
- 10+ years in technology/automation/AI program leadership
- 6+ years of direct people leadership, including managing managers
- 4+ years leading cross-geography or multi-team programs
- Graduation degree
