Overview

The Sr. HSE Coordinator will lead Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities for a Greenfield Data Center project, ensuring compliance with project HSE standards and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HSE activities for a Greenfield Data Center project.
• Ensure compliance with project HSE standards and statutory regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, audits, and toolbox talks.
• Manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and contractor safety.
• Support safe installation and commissioning activities.
• Investigate incidents and maintain HSE documentation.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech with 4+ years OR Diploma with 6+ years of HSE/Industrial Safety experience.
• State Technical Diploma in Safety / Fire & Safety is mandatory.
• Mandatory Skills:
• Project HSE Management
• Construction/Industrial Safety
• Contractor Safety
• Permit-to-Work (PTW)
• Risk Assessment (JSA/JHA/HIRA)
• Incident Investigation
• Electrical Safety
• HSE Audits & Documentation
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience in Data Center, High Voltage Electrical, Greenfield, or Building Automation (BMS/FAS/ACS/ELV) projects.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 45001 certifications are an advantage.
