- Hands-on experience in Azure Databricks, ADF, ETL
- Good SQL / Python / PySpark knowledge
- Experience in Leading production support (L2/L3) – Recent project candidate should had worked on this role
- ITIL knowledge & experience
- Banking domain experience (Optional)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead L2 support team and manage incidents, alerts, and escalations
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Setting up data load monitoring and to ensure SLA adherence
- Act as SME for Databricks, ADF, and ETL processes
- Handle client communication and major incident updates
- Coordinate with vendors for product-related issues
