ROR - Software Developer/Technical Lead

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with expertise in Ruby and Python, as well as a Technical Lead to guide our development team. This role is based in Mumbai and requires a strong background in backend and frontend technologies, cloud platforms, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using Ruby and Python frameworks.
• Build scalable REST APIs and integrate them with dynamic frontend applications.
• Collaborate with the team on application architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Review code, maintain coding standards, and ensure clean, maintainable deliverables.
• Mentor and support junior developers.
• Participate in deployment processes, cloud setups, and CI/CD workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and integration challenges.
• Lead a team of developers and ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects.
• Design and develop scalable applications using Ruby (RoR preferred).
• Contribute to architecture design, code quality, and technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and coding best practices.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Drive cloud-based deployments, monitoring, and scalability initiatives.
• Work closely with DevOps to implement CI/CD and automation processes.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks across projects.
• Ensure proper documentation, handover, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 2.5?3 years of software development experience for Developer role; 6?7 years for Technical Lead role.
• Strong experience in Python and Ruby.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Experience in REST API development and system design.
• Experience in SaaS product development and working on enterprise-level applications/systems.
• Good communication skills and confidence to interact with internal teams & stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to React, Angular, or Node.js is preferred.
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.

Work Arrangements

• Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
• Type: Full-Time.
• Notice Period: Immediate.
• Salary: 5 to 7 Lacs Per Annum for Developer; 15 to 18 Lacs Per Annum for Technical Lead.
