We are seeking a skilled professional for a contract position in IT Software - Application Programming, located in Gurugram, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting, Flow Designer, Data Model Knowledge, UI Policies & Catalog Development, and IntegrationHub / REST APIs.
Key Responsibilities
- ServiceNow Scripting: Proficient in Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts
- Flow Designer: Ability to build and manage lifecycle automation and Breakfix workflows
- Data Model Knowledge: Deep understanding of alm_asset, alm_hardware, cmdb_ci, and normalization tables
- UI Policies & Catalog Development: Create catalog items with variables, UI scripts, and service catalog flows
- IntegrationHub / REST APIs: Experience with third-party integrations like procurement systems, SCCM, JAMF
