Senior ReactJs-UX Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern, responsive web applications using ReactJS.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable React components.
• Translate UX/UI designs and wireframes into high-quality front-end experiences.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
• Work with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 to create responsive interfaces.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs with front-end applications.
• Implement state management using technologies such as Redux, Context API, or similar.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and optimal application performance.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and backend developers.
• Troubleshoot UI issues and optimize application performance.
• Follow coding standards, reusable component practices, and front-end development best practices.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in ReactJS.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / ES6+.
• Good experience with HTML5, CSS3, responsive web design.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and usability.
• Experience with Redux / Context API or similar state management.
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.
• Good understanding of Git/version control.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Material UI, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap or similar UI frameworks.
• Experience with Jest, React Testing Library or other front-end testing tools.
• Exposure to Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UX/UI tools.
• Knowledge of web accessibility and WCAG standards.
• Understanding of front-end performance optimization.
