Senior Power BI & Microsoft Fabric Lead

Job Title: Senior Power BI & Microsoft Fabric Lead. We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI & Microsoft Fabric Lead to drive enterprise-scale reporting, governance, and platform optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-scale Power BI solutions.
• Serve as the go-to technical expert for complex Power BI and Microsoft Fabric issues.
• Define and implement Power BI governance standards, development frameworks, and best practices.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft Fabric capacities, including workload monitoring, scheduling, utilization analysis, and cost optimization.
• Establish and maintain semantic model design standards, performance tuning practices, and scalable reporting architectures.
• Drive deployment strategies across Development, Test, and Production environments using CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
• Implement and govern security models, including Row-Level Security (RLS), Object-Level Security (OLS), and workspace access management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and solution architects to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Mentor and guide Power BI developers, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards and best practices.
• Evaluate and implement emerging Microsoft Fabric and Power BI capabilities, including AI and Agentic BI features.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Deep expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Technical authority for complex reporting and data challenges.
• Leadership on best practices around architecture, governance, performance optimization, and deployment strategies.
