Senior Data Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to lead complex data analysis initiatives and provide strategic insights to our business leadership. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in SQL and a strong background in business intelligence and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex data analysis initiatives and provide strategic insights to business leadership.
- Design enterprise-level dashboards and reporting solutions for business performance tracking.
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions and data-driven recommendations.
- Mentor junior analysts and guide teams on reporting best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to define KPIs and business intelligence strategies.
- Ensure governance, consistency, and quality of reporting data across systems.
- Drive automation and optimization of reporting and analytics processes.
- Present insights and executive summaries to senior stakeholders and management.
Requirements
- Mandatory Skills: Advanced expertise in SQL and complex data analysis, extensive experience with Power BI/Tableau/Qlik Sense dashboard development, strong experience in business intelligence, reporting, and data storytelling, expertise in stakeholder management and executive communication, experience handling large datasets and enterprise reporting environments, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, knowledge of data modeling and reporting architecture.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with Python/R and advanced analytics techniques, exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics concepts, knowledge of cloud analytics platforms (Azure Synapse, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery), experience in data governance and data quality initiatives, understanding of data engineering and ETL pipelines, project leadership or team management experience.
