Senior AI Product Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Product Manager with 8?12 years of experience in leading enterprise AI product strategy, AI transformation initiatives, and large-scale digital product programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong expertise in AI product vision, governance, stakeholder alignment, and enterprise-scale AI adoption strategies. This role involves close collaboration with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive AI innovation and realize business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Define enterprise AI product strategy and innovation roadmap.
- Lead end-to-end AI product portfolio management.
- Identify high-value AI opportunities and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders, engineering, legal, compliance, and risk teams.
- Drive AI product governance, compliance, and ethical AI considerations.
- Define product KPIs, ROI frameworks, and adoption strategies.
- Lead agile delivery and product execution across multiple teams.
- Manage enterprise stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and market trends.
- Mentor junior product managers and establish product best practices.
Requirements
- Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in AI Product Management, Product Strategy, Agile Delivery, and Enterprise Product Lifecycle Management.
- Experience managing AI/ML products and enterprise digital transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data analytics, governance, and compliance.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, business case development, and product roadmap planning.
- Experience with Jira and product analytics tools, as well as agile frameworks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Generative AI, LLM products, AI copilots, and automation platforms.
- Knowledge of responsible AI and AI governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud AI platforms, MLOps, and AI architecture concepts.
- Exposure to BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or regulated industries is preferred.
- MBA or strategy consulting background is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA strongly preferred.
- Preferred certifications: CSPO, PMI-ACP, SAFe Product Manager, AI Product Management certifications.
