Scrum Master
This contract position is based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. The Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in facilitating Agile processes and ensuring the successful delivery of projects using SAFe Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Agile SDLC, PI planning at the portfolio or program level, and expertise in key Agile tools and ceremonies.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum and Sprint ceremonies, ensuring active participation and alignment with Agile best practices.
- Lead PI (Program Increment) planning at the portfolio or program level.
- Track and resolve impediments using appropriate tools, and develop effective mitigation plans.
- Support CICD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) deployment processes.
- Utilize JIRA, including JQL (JIRA Query Language), JIRA Dashboards, and Cumulative Flow Diagrams for project tracking and reporting.
- Maintain and update project documentation using Confluence.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Scrum, SAFe Agile, Agile SDLC, PI planning, JIRA, JIRA JQL, JIRA Dashboard, Cumulative Flow Diagram, Confluence, CICD deployment support.
- Education: Degree required.
