We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring that technical activities align with best practices and client requirements. You will customize SAP Payroll solutions according to customer specifications and conduct thorough system testing to validate functionality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring alignment with best practices and client requirements.
• Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards.
• Conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications.
• Effectively manage priorities to meet established deadlines.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members as required.
• Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and the project team to ensure timely milestone delivery.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines.
• Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness.

Requirements

• 5-15 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and SAP HR architecture.
