Position Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EWM Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions to meet the business needs of our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with SAP systems, driving efficiency and innovation in warehouse management processes. We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EWM Functional Consultant to join Internation Market Group (IMG), Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD), Service Parts Management (SPM) product group, Warehouse Operations and Outbound Logistics product line, IMG Warehouse Management product team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions in International Market Groups (IMG) Parts Distribution Centers (PDCs) to meet the business needs of our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with SAP systems, driving efficiency and innovation in warehouse management processes. Key Responsibilities: – Consultation & Requirement Gathering: o Engage with stakeholders and business users to understand warehouse processes and requirements. o Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications for EWM system implementation. o Provide expert advice on SAP EWM best practices and functionality. – System Configuration: o Configure SAP EWM to align with business processes, including warehouse structure, goods movement, inbound and outbound processes, inventory management, and task/handling unit management. o Configure EWM master data, including storage types, storage sections, and bin configurations. o Setup and configure Warehouse Management (WM) and Transportation Management (TM) integration. – Implementation & Integration: o Lead or support SAP EWM implementation projects from design to go-live and post-go-live support. o Integrate EWM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD, WM, PP) and third-party systems (e.g., transport management systems, RFID). o Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration with ERP systems. – End User Training & Support: o Provide end-user training and documentation on SAP EWM functionality, best practices, and process changes. o Offer post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and resolve any issues related to EWM operations. o Deliver knowledge transfer and support for system enhancements.

Experience Required:
Engineer 3 o Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a functional consultant working with SAP EWM or SAP WM. o Proven experience in SAP EWM implementation, including the integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, and WM modules. o Experience in warehouse process design, including inbound/outbound processes, inventory management, and warehouse optimization.
