Senior SAP ABAP HANA Consultant (Contract Role)
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP ABAP HANA Consultant with 7-12 years of experience in ABAP on HANA and related technologies. The ideal candidate will independently deliver solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet shift-based support requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a senior technical team member, contributing independently to project deliverables
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical solutions for complex functional requirements
- Collaborate with offshore and onsite functional consultants to align technical and functional goals
- Guide team members on their deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness
- Provide support during standard shift timings (07:30 AM IST to 04:30 PM IST), with potential for extended hours
- Comply with the Return to Office (RTO) policy by attending the office twice a week
- Be available for weekend support and support on Indian holidays as per the official roster
- Engage in continuous learning of advanced SAP technologies and proactively participate in process improvement activities
Education Requirements
Minimum qualification: BTech, MTech, BCA, MS, MCA, or MSc
Skills & Qualifications
Required
- 7-12 years of professional experience as an SAP ABAP HANA Consultant
- Proficiency in ABAP on HANA, SAP HANA CDS, OData Services, and Adobe Forms
- Strong expertise in Core ABAP/OO ABAP and HANA ABAP
- Experience with RICEF objects and CDS development
- End-to-end interface handling experience (including ABAP Proxy, Web services, Flat files, and OData)
- Understanding of functional business requirements
- At least 2 project implementation or rollout experiences
- Support project experience involving change requests and incident resolution
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Fiori
- Prior experience with GRC and usage of Firefighter IDs
