SAP ABAP Developer
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP/RAP Developer with strong expertise in ABAP, Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP), RAP, and CDS. The role involves development and support of SAP Fiori applications on S/4HANA, with integration and interaction with SAP BRIM Convergent Charging (CC). The applications are built using the RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP) framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to development and enhancement activities using ABAP, OOABAP, RAP, and CDS as required.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, defects, and performance issues related to ABAP, RAP, CDS Views, and OData services.
- Handle application maintenance activities, enhancements, bug fixes, and change requests.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams for solution design and implementation.
- Ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
- Strong expertise in ABAP, OOABAP, RAP, and CDS Views.
- Experience in developing and supporting SAP Fiori applications.
- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and extensibility.
- Experience with OData services and Fiori/UI5 integration.
- Exposure to SAP BRIM is nice to have.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Work Arrangements
- Hybrid/Remote work arrangement: Mostly remote, work from office on need basis during critical milestones like MIT, UAT and Go Live support.
- Quarterly office visits required.
