Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Project Manager / Adoption Lead
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Project Manager / Adoption Lead who combines strong SFMC functional expertise with stakeholder management and change adoption capabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with global and country business teams to understand marketing and customer engagement requirements, recommend scalable SFMC solutions, and drive successful implementation and adoption across markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with country and business teams to gather and understand marketing and communication requirements.
- Recommend appropriate SFMC-based solutions aligned with business objectives and platform best practices.
- Design and oversee implementation of campaigns, journeys, automations, and customer engagement workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Act as the Project Manager for SFMC initiatives, coordinating across business, marketing, technology, and vendor teams.
- Drive change management and user adoption across multiple countries and regions.
- Ensure consistent use of SFMC governance, standards, and best practices.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness, adoption metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, demos, and training sessions as needed.
- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and communication with senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Core Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Email Campaigns, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Segmentation, Data Extensions, and Contact Management.
- Project Management: Proven experience in project management and delivery management.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Education: Graduate degree.
- Preferred Qualifications: SFMC certifications (Administrator, Email Specialist, Consultant, or Developer), experience in pharma/healthcare/regulated industries, exposure to Agile methodologies, and knowledge of CRM and omnichannel marketing.
