Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer (Vlocity Developer) with strong expertise in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) solutions for the Telecommunications domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
• Configure and develop OmniStudio components:
• OmniScripts
• Integration Procedures
• DataRaptors
• FlexCards
• Implement Product Catalog, Product Modeling, Pricing, Promotions, and CPQ functionality.
• Develop and customize Order Capture and Order Management processes.
• Build integrations with external systems using:
• REST APIs
• SOAP APIs
• Platform Events
• Middleware tools
• Create Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components as required.
• Participate in solution design, technical discussions, and code reviews.
• Support deployments and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) solutions for the Telecommunications domain
• Strong skills in Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity)
• Education: Degree
