Salesforce Administrator / Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator and Developer to join our team in Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce configuration, development, and integration, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and automation.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce Flows and other declarative automation tools.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage data migration, data loading, and data quality using Salesforce tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, performance bottlenecks, and application issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and cross?functional teams to deliver high?quality solutions.
• Use source control and deployment tools such as Git, Copado, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• 4+ years of hands?on experience in Salesforce development, customization, enhancement, and production support.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration: custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and automation.
• Hands?on experience with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable solutions using Salesforce Flows and other declarative automation tools.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security concepts: Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Field?Level Security.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in data migration, data loading, and data quality management using Salesforce tools.
• Strong problem?solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and consistently meet project timelines.
• Must hold valid Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
• Exposure to Salesforce AI, Agentforce, or Generative AI capabilities is an added advantage.
