Sales support Engineer

•         Supports the customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of offers. Provides technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations, and negotiations.

•         Prepares technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, Local Business Unit/feeder factory suggestions and Sales organization directives. Participates in the kickoff meeting organized by the project team.

•         Selection of measurement and water analytics products (Flow Meters: Electromagnetic, Coriolis Mass, Vortex / Swirl, Vortex, Rotameters; Pressure Transmitters; Temperature Sensors and Transmitters; Level Transmitters, Water Quality Parameter Analyzers; Silica, Conductivity, pH).

•         Defines cost for the proposed solution and communicates to Sales organization.

•         Order Management Activities: Processing customer orders and keeping updated order folders with all the relevant order documents.

•         Invoicing of sales orders to customers with pricing and delivery instructions and providing the manager with monthly stats requested for reporting.

•         Administrative & supporting tasks which are part of order management process.

•         Coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders and get the things done/collect information and cascade to customer.

•         Maintain and track daily tasks which are been taken care to have follow ups, pending tasks completion.
