We are looking for a highly skilled Python Full Stack & DevOps Developer who can independently understand business requirements, design technical solutions, develop scalable applications, and deploy them using modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate should possess a strong combination of backend development (Python), frontend development (React.js), DevOps engineering, cloud technologies, CI/CD automation, and data engineering. They should be capable of collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and product owners to deliver high-quality enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and React.js.
• Build secure and high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop reusable backend components using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement modern interfaces.
• Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Design and implement scalable Python services.
• Develop REST APIs and Microservices.
• Optimize backend performance and scalability.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Handle exception management, logging, and monitoring.
• Integrate applications with databases and external APIs.
• Develop reusable React components.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Optimize application performance.
• Implement state management.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
• Automate application deployment across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Containerize applications using Docker.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes workloads.
• Manage build pipelines and release automation.
• Support production deployments and rollback strategies.
• Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Configure cloud networking, storage, security, and monitoring.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost and performance.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery practices.
• Design and optimize relational databases using PostgreSQL.
• Work with Snowflake for cloud data warehousing.
• Develop ETL/data pipelines.
• Optimize SQL queries for performance.
• Implement database indexing and query tuning.
• Support data integration across multiple systems.
• Utilize AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, and ChatGPT (where applicable).
• Improve developer productivity through AI-assisted code generation.
• Use AI tools for debugging, documentation, refactoring, and code optimization.
• Understand business requirements independently.
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs.
• Provide technical recommendations and solution alternatives.
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders.
• Participate in design discussions and technical planning.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Participate in peer code reviews.
• Follow Agile and DevOps best practices.
• Ensure application security and compliance.
• Maintain documentation for technical solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, QA engineers, DevOps teams, data engineers, and architects.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers when required.

Requirements

• 5?8 years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience in Python Full Stack Development.
• Experience building enterprise-scale web applications.
• Experience designing REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with containerized deployments.
• Experience deploying applications on Azure.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and Snowflake.
• Experience building ETL/data pipelines.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools in software development.

Work Arrangements
