The PeopleSoft Business Analyst will partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define business processes, support solution design, and facilitate testing activities for PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement elaboration activities.
- Develop functional specifications, business process flows, and user stories.
- Collaborate with development teams to define and validate solutions.
- Perform impact analysis and requirements traceability.
- Develop test scenarios and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution.
- Manage defect triage and validate resolutions.
- Support deployment planning, training, and change management activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
- Experience facilitating requirements workshops and solution elaboration sessions.
- Experience creating functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience supporting the following PeopleSoft 9.2 modules: Inventory Management, Order Management, Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing.
- Experience supporting integrations between PeopleSoft and external applications.
- Understanding of APIs, web services, middleware platforms, and data interfaces.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Experience in supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, and inventory management processes.
