Medical Affairs SME
We are seeking a highly experienced Medical Affairs SME to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate will have program management experience, knowledge of MSL analytics, and be well-versed in various Medical KPIs. The role requires an AI implementation mindset and familiarity with BI tools and data knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides end-to-end analytics program governance for Medical projects, overseeing sprint planning, analytics delivery cadence, cross-country data coordination, and leadership-level reporting.
- Leads metrics strategy including definition, onboarding, and ensuring BEST is the single source of truth for International Medical Affairs analytics.
- Drives standardization of analytics frameworks and metrics alignment across markets for scalable, insight-driven decision-making.
- Ensures clarity, alignment, and outcomes in programs while keeping both leadership and markets confident.
Requirements
- BTech education
- 6-8 years of experience in a related field
- Knowledge of MSL analytics and Medical KPIs
- AI implementation mindset
- Familiarity with BI tools and data knowledge
