MDM Developer
We are seeking an experienced MDM Developer with deep expertise in master data management for the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sectors. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining robust MDM solutions, integrating with CRM and ERP systems, and ensuring high data quality and governance in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy MDM solutions (Reltio/Informatica MDM) with a focus on data ingestion, modelling, match rules, cleanse rules, survivorship rules, and outbound configurations.
- Integrate MDM platforms with CRM and ERP systems to support customer lifecycle management.
- Define and implement data quality rules, matching and merging logic, survivorship criteria, and data stewardship workflows (manual merge, hierarchy management, workflow management, unmerge, curation).
- Analyze and manage healthcare data hierarchies, affiliations, and relationship concepts for entities such as Customer, Organization, Product, Payer, and related healthcare/commercial entities.
- Lead code reviews, maintain quality standards, and continuously evaluate new technologies for strategic advantage.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, presenting findings and facilitating discussions.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira or Azure DevOps.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in MDM development with strong knowledge of master data management concepts.
- Experience with Reltio or Informatica MDM platforms and integration with CRM & ERP systems.
- Proficiency in SQL (including Snowflake) for data analysis and query execution.
- Good knowledge of data stewardship and governance processes (manual merge, hierarchy management, workflow management, unmerge, curation, survivorship).
- Domain expertise in Life Sciences/Pharmaceuticals, including GxP compliance and regulated environment processes.
- Strong understanding of healthcare customer master data processes and related entity types.
- Familiarity with Java, Python, and SQL/Snowflake is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, presentation, facilitation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps; Agile/Scrum methodology.
