Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 6 years of professional hands-on software development experience specializing in the MERN stack.
Front-End Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred), React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling frameworks.
Back-End Skills: Strong experience in Node.js, Express.js, and asynchronous programming.
Database Experience: Solid understanding of MongoDB, Mongoose ODM, and database optimization techniques.
API Development: Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
Tools & Version Control: Familiarity with Git/GitHub, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Nextgeek).
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile team environment.
