Job Title: L1 & L2 Engineer. Location: Manesar. This is a contract role with an undefined remote policy.
Key Responsibilities
- OS installation and troubleshooting
- Software installation
- Windows reimaging
- Outlook configuration and troubleshooting
- Network L1 support and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Education: Degree
- Experience: 1-1.5 years for L1 and 5-6 years for L2
- Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of hardware and software

- Salary: L1 - 20k CTC, L2 - Up to 45K CTC
