Senior Java Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join our team at HCL Technologies. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on Java and related technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software development principles and be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot or Quarkus.
• Design and implement database models and structures.
• Utilize cloud architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes for application deployment and management.
• Leverage AI-powered coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or Gemini in daily development tasks.
• Implement observability practices using tools such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and understand technologies like Angular and TypeScript.
• Engage in problem-solving and critical thinking to address complex technical challenges.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Mastery of Java and frameworks like Spring Boot or Quarkus.
• Strong skills in database modeling and design.
• Hands-on experience with cloud architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AI-powered coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or Gemini).
• Experience with observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus).
