ITV Engineer (Independent Test and Verification)

Job Title: ITV Engineer (Independent Test and Verification) - Job Description: We are seeking an experienced ITV Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in testing and verification of automotive electronics products.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Development and execution in Automotive Electronics Products such as Driver Monitoring System and/or Cabin Monitoring System
• Design, implement and maintenance of test benches for testing Automotive products
• Constantly improve the test design and increase the test automation level
• Understanding of Product Specifications and perform requirement Analysis
• Test design, test case generation and test execution on the hardware in loop bench setup
• Test reporting, defect tracking and supportive functions

Requirements

• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Electronics / Communication / Electrical / Instrumentation
• Experience: 3-5 years in testing and verification of automotive electronics products
• Skills:
• Technical Skills:
• System level functional testing of Driver Monitoring System and/or Cabin Monitoring System
• Communication protocols: CAN/CANFD, LIN, UDS, Automotive ETHERNET, DoIP (Ethernet knowledge is a must)
• Functional Safety standards and Testing
• Cyber Security on automotive products and Testing
• Automated Test environment / Manual Test benches
• Test environment setup and debugging
• Serial communication testing (CAN/LIN/ETHERNET)
• Communication tools: CANoe, CANStress, VSpy, Saint
• Test & Measurement equipment (Oscilloscope, Function generators etc)
• Programming skills ? C, CAPL, LABVIEW, Test Stand, Python
• HMI Test automation supporting different languages ? Typically English & Chinese
• Configuration, Requirements and Problem Management Tools like DOORS/Polarion, CM Synergy/Plastic SCM, Change Synergy/JIRA etc
• Defining the test strategy, test planning, test execution and reporting
• Working with Global OEMs/India OEMs
• Agile development environment (Auto Scrum)
