IT Service Management
We are looking for an experienced IT professional to manage our IT services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITIL) and experience managing various technologies, including Testing Tools, Quality Engineering platforms, AI services, DevOps, and cloud-based technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT services, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
- Utilize strong stakeholder, vendor, and financial management capabilities.
- Communicate effectively and demonstrate leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Drive operational excellence, platform modernization, and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong background in IT Service Management (ITIL).
- Experience managing Testing Tools, Quality Engineering platforms, AI services, DevOps, and cloud-based technologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Degree in relevant field.
