Overview paragraph: We are seeking an experienced Real Estate & Infrastructure Project Leader to drive the end-to-end delivery of lab facility integrations within a fast-paced M&A environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive site assessments to identify infrastructure gaps vs. corporate standards
  • Lead planning and execution of lab infrastructure integration projects, including:
    • Facility server upgrades
    • Equipment relocation and setup
    • Network and IT infrastructure readiness
    • Compliance alignment (safety, regulatory, data integrity)
  • Ensure seamless transition of lab operations with minimal business disruption
  • Act as the central interface across:
    • IT (network, security, workplace services)
    • Lab Operations / Scientific teams
    • Facilities & Engineering
    • InfoSec and Compliance
  • Align stakeholders on project scope, risks, dependencies, and milestones
  • Ensure adherence to IQVIA infrastructure and real estate standards
  • Implement structured project governance, reporting, and KPIs
  • Drive continuous improvement and LEAN practices across integration activities
  • Oversee budgeting, vendor management, timelines, and risk mitigation for IT

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 10-12+ years of experience in infrastructure project management
    • 5-7 years of experience in real estate / facilities delivery
    • Large-scale integration or transformation programs
    • Proven experience managing complex, multi-site projects
  • Core Skills:
    • Strong project/program management expertise (waterfall + agile exposure is a plus)
    • Deep understanding of:
      • Infrastructure systems (power, cooling, networking, safety systems)
      • Facility design and operations
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Ability to operate in matrixed global organizations
  • Nice-to-Have:
    • Experience in corporate office real estate projects
    • Exposure to M&A integration environments
    • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., GMP, GxP, data integrity standards)
  • Certifications (preferred but not mandatory):
    • PMP / Prince2
    • Facility Management certifications
    • LEAN / Six Sigma
