IT Infrastructure Lead
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead with 10-15 years of expertise in managing IT infrastructure, data center operations, systems administration, and enterprise networking. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of IT planning, budgeting, and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Active Directory Management: Design, implement, and maintain Active Directory (AD) infrastructure, including domain controllers, group policies, and organizational units. Monitor AD performance, handle replication, security, and troubleshooting. Manage user account lifecycle, permissions, and compliance with best practices.
- Office 365 Administration: Oversee deployment, configuration, and management of Office 365 applications and services. Administer user accounts, licenses, and permissions, and support email migrations, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other O365 components. Ensure security and compliance within Office 365 environments.
- Azure Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Management: Manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Azure and Oracle Cloud resources and services. Implement and manage Azure solutions, including Virtual Machines, App Services, and Networking. Optimize cloud environments for performance, cost, and scalability. Ensure cloud security and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Infrastructure Leadership: Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking components. Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve infrastructure efficiency and reliability. Develop and enforce infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement projects and initiatives.
- Project Management: Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations, system upgrades, and integrations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success within scope, time, and budget. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
- Security and Compliance: Implement and manage security controls, monitoring, and incident response across AD, O365, OCI, and Azure environments. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation, Support and Troubleshooting: Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for complex infrastructure and application issues. Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Mentor junior IT staff and provide support to end-users as needed. Generate reports on system and infrastructure performance, uptime, security incidents, and system enhancements. Develop & deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) to the IT management team. Prepare high-level executive reports to support management decision-making in infrastructure, support services, and project delivery. Identify critical operational issues, escalate when needed, and monitor progress toward resolution.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, data center operations, systems administration, and enterprise networking.
- Experience with IT planning, budgeting, procurement, and emerging technology evaluation.
- Familiarity with industry standards in security, service delivery (ITIL), and infrastructure governance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- High emotional intelligence, leadership, and team management capabilities.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving proficiency.
- Education: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or any relevant discipline. Certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, Azure Administrator, OCI Architect are preferred.
