We are seeking a skilled Incentive Compensation Consultant with 4 to 7 years of experience in Incentive Compensation implementations and administration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of working with various IC tools such as Javelin, Sales IQ, and Optymyze. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with stakeholders in Europe and North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and administer Incentive Compensation plans.
- Work with various IC tools including Javelin, Sales IQ, and Optymyze.
- Analyze data sets to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
Requirements
- 4 ? 7 years of experience in Incentive Compensation implementations/administration.
- Proficiency in IC tools (Javelin, Sales IQ, Optymyze).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and SQL.
- Excellent communication skills.
