HRIS Consultant for Workday Prism
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Consultant with expertise in Workday Prism to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have around 3 years of experience in HRIS or Workday environment and strong Workday Prism knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ongoing HR reporting, analytics activities and BAU services within the HRIS team.
- Support small enhancements and feature requests.
- Manage BAU incidents and issue resolution.
- Support People Analytics initiatives.
- Assist with reporting and HR data analysis activities.
- Provide ongoing support for existing HRIS solutions.
- Daily tasks include Workday Prism support and maintenance, report development and troubleshooting, incident management, user support activities, and small configuration changes and enhancements.
Requirements
- Graduation in any field.
- Around 3 years of experience in HRIS or Workday environment.
- Strong Workday Prism knowledge (at least 1 year or couple of projects).
- Reporting experience (2 years ideally, at least 1 year).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Nice to Have: General Workday HCM knowledge and SnapLogic tool exposure.
Work Arrangements
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
- Shift Timings: Flexible to work as per India shift or Europe shift based on project need.
- Type: Full-time.
