We are seeking a skilled Finacle Customization/Support professional with 4-6 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. This role involves providing ongoing Business As Usual (BAU) support for Finacle custom components, handling service requests, and implementing minor enhancements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Finacle Application on version 10.2x and demonstrate both functional and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for functional, technical, and interface customizations of the Finacle Application.
• Fix issues during bank User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployment related to customizations.
• Address faults in customization programs caused by errors or bugs.
• Clarify product setup and configuration queries.
• Develop and deploy minor customization requirements.
• Consult with Infosys to recommend configuration and parameter changes for incident resolution.
• Conduct data patching, impact analysis, and prepare release notes.
• Develop rollback and implementation plans as needed.
• Communicate incidents that are ?not supported? or ?not feasible? with appropriate justifications.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Finacle customization/support.
• Strong techno-functional knowledge of Finacle 10.x, including modules such as Core, SVS, SSO, FI, C24, CSIS, and CRM.
• Degree in a relevant field.
