Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Executive Analyst to support business and operational activities through data analysis, reporting, MIS, and coordination with internal stakeholders. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, good communication, and excellent proficiency in Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret business and operational data.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight trends, gaps, and variances.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Work closely with different teams to collect and validate required data.
• Maintain accurate databases and ensure data quality.
• Identify process gaps and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
• Support management with ad-hoc analysis and presentations.
• Follow up with stakeholders for pending information and action items.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting trackers.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Business Analysis, Operations, Reporting, or a similar role.
• Strong MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, data validation, etc.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in preparing MIS and management reports.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Good to Have

• Power BI / dashboarding experience.
• Power Query knowledge.
• Exposure to Banking / BFSI / Financial Services.
• Experience working with CRM/ERP systems.
