Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering, with a strong proficiency in E3D and AutoCAD software. You will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of electrical systems in various industrial projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Design & Drafting:
   • Develop and design electrical systems for various industrial projects.
   • Prepare detailed electrical design documentation, including layouts, schematics, one-line diagrams, and wiring diagrams.
   • Create and modify 3D electrical models using E3D software.
   • Provide AutoCAD drafting support for electrical systems and installations.
   • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure the integration of electrical systems with mechanical, civil, and instrumentation systems.
2. System Analysis & Sizing:
   • Perform electrical load calculations, equipment sizing, and system analysis for electrical power distribution systems.
   • Design electrical protection systems, such as circuit breakers, fuses, and relays, to ensure safety and reliability.
   • Conduct fault analysis and perform short circuit studies to determine protection settings.
3. Project Management & Coordination:
   • Lead and coordinate electrical design activities for projects, ensuring that all electrical designs are completed on time, within budget, and meet client specifications.
   • Work closely with the project management team to define project milestones and schedules.
   • Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications during the design, installation, and commissioning phases.
4. Compliance & Standards:
   • Ensure all electrical designs comply with relevant national and international codes, regulations, and standards (such as IEC, NEC, etc.).
   • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure designs are always in compliance.
   • Conduct risk assessments to evaluate potential hazards and implement mitigation measures.
5. Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
   • Provide technical support during the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
   • Troubleshoot electrical issues during system testing, commissioning, and post-installation.
   • Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.
6. Documentation & Reporting:
   • Maintain comprehensive records of all design and project-related documents.
   • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress, design changes, and technical details to clients and stakeholders.
   • Ensure that all as-built drawings and design modifications are properly documented and submitted.
7. Team Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, civil, and instrumentation engineers, to ensure smooth project execution.
   • Assist in mentoring junior engineers and provide guidance on technical issues and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Bachelor's degree (B.E.) in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience:
  • 5-8 years of experience in electrical engineering, with significant exposure to industrial electrical systems and design.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in E3D for electrical design and modeling.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD for electrical drawings and schematics.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical design, protection systems, and distribution networks.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electrical engineering.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
