Design and Documentation is a contract position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Design Engineer and a Diploma or B.E./B.Tech degree. The role requires knowledge of AUTO CAD products and experience in preparing PANEL GA & IA drawings, Wiring drawings, SHELTER GA and IA drawings, and layouts drawing preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Design Engineers & Project Engineers in preparation of Engineering Drawings, Datasheets, Documentation such as BOM, assembly drawings etc
• Timely preparation of documents to submit to customer for approvals
• Capable to understand customer comments and timely update on corrections
• Well coordination with team members and other subordinates to complete assigned task within given time frame
• As necessary Plant / Site visit required to assist the documentation process

Requirements

• Diploma / Engg. Graduate with knowledge in AUTO CAD products
• 3-5 years of experience as Design Engineer
• Experience in preparing PANEL GA & IA drawings, Wiring drawings, SHELTER GA and IA drawings, and layouts drawing preparation
• Knowledge of tube fittings dimensions and hook up drawings
• Pneumatic symbols and drawings
• MS Office (WORD & EXCEL)
