Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Scientist with 8?12 years of industry experience to lead advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven business solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in designing enterprise-scale predictive models and spearheading data science initiatives across critical domains including credit risk, fraud detection, customer analytics, and pricing optimization. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven transformation, mentoring junior talent, and partnering with executive leadership to translate complex analytical outcomes into strategic business insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end data science and machine learning projects from conception to production.
  • Architect scalable ML solutions and robust analytics frameworks for enterprise-level deployment.
  • Build and refine advanced predictive and prescriptive models to solve complex business problems.
  • Drive AI/ML strategy for large-scale business transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact business opportunities.
  • Oversee model deployment, monitoring, governance, and continuous optimization activities.
  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts to foster technical excellence.
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure seamless production deployment of ML models via CI/CD.
  • Ensure best practices in model explainability, fairness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Translate complex analytical outcomes into actionable executive-level insights.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8-12 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, and the Data Science Lifecycle.
  • Technical Core: Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven track record in Credit Risk Models, Fraud Detection Systems, Customer Analytics, and Pricing Models.
  • Cloud & Big Data: Extensive experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Big Data ecosystems like Databricks.
  • Operational Excellence: Strong knowledge of MLOps, Model Deployment, API Integration, and CI/CD for ML.
  • Leadership: Exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience handling large-scale enterprise datasets.
  • Preferred: Expertise in Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI (LLMs, LangChain, Hugging Face), and Graph Analytics.
