Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Consultant to support advanced technology development programs in the automotive domain. The role involves technology conceptualization, virtual simulation, machine learning model development, vehicle testing, embedded systems integration, electrical/electronic architecture development, and technology validation activities.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Conceptualization

• Idea generation and innovation support – Literature review and technology benchmarking – Theoretical concept evaluation and feasibility assessment

Virtual Simulation & Digital Development

• Virtual vehicle simulation model development – Chassis and vehicle CAE model development & validation – Virtual data generation and analysis – Development of Digital Proof of Concept (PoC)

Machine Learning & Data Analytics

• Data collection, preprocessing, and analysis – ML algorithm exploration, development, and debugging – Evaluation and comparison of different ML models – ML model tuning and optimization for prediction accuracy – Integration of ML models with vehicle electronic architecture

Vehicle Testing & Validation

• Test plan preparation and optimization

• Coordination with testing agencies and stakeholders

• Joint testing execution and monitoring

• Test data processing and analysis

• Validation strategy definition and execution

Electrical & Electronic Architecture

• Specification and development of E/E architecture

• Hardware requirement definition for developed models

• RFI/RFQ preparation and supplier evaluation

• Coordination with suppliers and external agencies

Technology Demonstration & Project Management

• Prototype technology/vehicle preparation

• Issue resolution during validation activities

• Technology demonstration and deployment support

• Project progress review preparation

• Budget tracking and gateway milestone management

Required Skills & Expertise

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of 1D/3D simulation tools and data extraction techniques

• Experience with CAE software and Digital PoC development

• Strong data analytics and preprocessing capabilities

• Machine Learning algorithm development and debugging

• ML model deployment and integration with embedded systems

• Understanding of embedded systems architecture and validation methodologies

• Experience in vehicle testing and validation activities

• Knowledge of electronic architecture development

• Familiarity with sensor data acquisition and processing
