Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into tangible prototype solutions, ensuring that both technical feasibility and design intent are effectively balanced. You will engage in iterative design processes, gather user feedback, and refine prototypes to enhance usability and functionality, all while fostering a creative and inclusive environment for your team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to encourage innovative ideas and solutions.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Boomi Atomsphere Integration.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.- Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.- Ability to conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback for continuous improvement.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Boomi Atomsphere Integration.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
